Let’s Find Your Way.

Many Ways Therapy offers individualized psychotherapy and clinical services for children and adolescents over age eight, teens, young adults, older adults, families, individuals, and couples. Founded by Jonathan “Johnny” Del Valle, LCSW, who is EMDRIA-trained, care may draw from EMDR-informed trauma work, ACT, Post-Modernist approaches (draws from Foucault philosophies), existential therapy, Jungian-informed identity work, IFS-informed parts work, and neurodivergent-affirming approaches. Treatment is also informed by multicultural and systems-based frameworks.
There is no single right way to heal or move forward. Together, we’ll find the approach that fits you.
-
You don't have to know before you reach out.
That's part of the process. Therapy may be the right fit if you're looking to explore emotional, behavioral, relational, or life challenges. Coaching may be helpful when you're focused on goals, accountability, and moving forward. Clinical assessments can provide greater clarity when you have questions about your experiences or need professional evaluation.
If you're unsure, start with a conversation. We can help determine which path makes the most sense for you.
-
Therapy sessions are typically 30 to 50 minutes.
Session length and frequency can vary depending on the service and your individual needs.
-
That depends on you, your goals, and what you're working through.
Some people seek short-term support around a specific challenge. Others choose to work on deeper or longer-term goals.
Many Ways Therapy isn't about putting a predetermined timeline on your growth. It's about helping you make progress at a pace that makes sense.
